Weather Policy
Our retreat will operate rain or shine. Horseback riding and outdoor experiences will be adapted as needed based on weather and local conditions. In the event of inclement weather, we may adjust the schedule to prioritize safety, comfort, and overall experience—this could include shifting timing, incorporating alternative activities, or utilizing sheltered spaces when available. We encourage you to bring comfortable layers and light rain gear so you can fully enjoy the experience in a variety of conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Because our retreats are intentionally kept small to create a high-quality, personalized experience, we are unable to offer flexible cancellation terms. All cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage in the event of illness, family emergencies, flight disruptions, or other unexpected changes—especially important for international travel. No refunds will be issued for delays, cancellations, or changes in travel plans due to airline disruptions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
